During my experience in a chartered accountancy firm, I had the opportunity to support over 100 organizations from sectors as varied as construction, retail, B2B services, industry, liberal professions, and healthcare. From artisans starting their business to SMEs with 50 employees in the structuring phase, including independent consultants looking to professionalize their management: each case was a unique opportunity to understand the specific mechanics of each profession and identify the performance levers specific to each business model.

What truly marked my career was evolving in a firm focused on management consulting, rather than a traditional firm solely focused on accounting and tax production.
