Implementation support for all project initiatives in the area of real estate financing (new business calculator, offer calculator, introduction/connection of print shop, ImmoSmart (Monto & FaScan), improvements in accounting and collateral, implementation and introduction of document download from real estate platforms to the back office system and e-file.

Project planning, control, and sourcing, including the creation of necessary service sheets.

Support for test management – ensuring the test concept, test plan, creation of test cases, and correct test execution.

Introduction and migration to a new processing platform for the classic life insurance business (msg life factory). The goal of the substream was the conception and implementation support of the interfaces between the life insurance platform (web-based service) and the existing peripheral systems. This also included the coordination of external service providers.

Within test coordination, the test approach (test concept, test plan) and the creation of test cases were to be coordinated.

Technical consulting during the restructuring of processes for a new back office for new building finance business.

The goal of the overall project is the digitalization and process improvement of new business.

Modeling of processes from application to disbursement.

Test coordination of technical and functional tests, including test planning and test concept, as well as test execution.

Prioritization of bug tickets and support of the bug fixing plan.

This included the management of internal and external service providers, especially the provider of the real estate financing platform.
