2014 – 2022 Corporate Administrative and Financial Director

Wholly-owned subsidiary of Ajinomoto Co., Inc., operating in

agrifood, animal feed, and the pharmaceutical sector. Turnover ~€300 million. Scope of my activity: 2 companies – 6 sites (industrial, commercial, headquarters) in 3 countries – Managed 20 people on-site and remotely. Reporting to the French presidency, I led all accounting, management control, treasury, tax, information systems, and office IT functions. I implemented the group's financial and budgetary strategy for my scope. Some achievements: post-acquisition integration of accounting and management control processes, SAP rollout, implementation of the SAP budgeting process, customer credit control and monitoring, digitalization of invoices and expense reports, implementation of a transfer pricing policy, internal control and J-SOX compliance, participation in the anti-dumping case, Teams implementation.
