Responsible for tooling and equipment design and manufacturing for lab scale, pre production and mass production for internal development projects. Definition and support of product manufacturing processes. R&D lead for new product development.

Located in HP (Hewlett Packard) Sant Cugat del Valles as R&D system owner in the post processing metaljet 3D printer development team. Main tasks are designing total mechanical concept and detailed solution (CAD software PTC Creo), calculate manufacturing and assembly tolerances, define suppliers, line and proto tests and checks, cost reduction, customers startups support and actively align with all other HP departments: regulations, customer experience, serviceability, firmware, electrical, testing, packaging, mechanical, supply chain, operations and management.
