The starting point was the analysis of existing materials as well as market and competitor research to identify potentials, differentiating features, and challenges.Based on this, the core components of the brand strategic mission statement were developed, including target group, mission, vision, brand core, brand values, purpose, and value proposition. Additionally, suitable marketing channels were evaluated, and initial ideas for further brand and communication strategy were developed. The close integration of marketing and design consulting resulted in a well-founded strategic basis for further brand building and consistent external representation.
