Specialist focused on innovation projects within the scope of fleet decarbonization, working directly on the creation of new projects and business models within this theme. -Main Duties and Responsibilities

• - Search and implement new business solutions, always connected with the main trends and technologies regarding market innovation

• - Development and implementation of strategies for the setup and GO LIVE of innovation projects, working together with different teams, ensuring alignment and joint work for the success of the projects.

• - Carrying out visits to partners and suppliers to collect direct feedback, understand needs and identify areas for improvement. -Experience in building and implementing processes from scratch, especially innovation projects, aligned with contract evaluations, customer reception and financial health of the operation.

-Experience in connecting different teams and ensuring effective communication, essential for the implementation of complex projects with short deadlines.

Directly responsible for: -Strategy development for the new area aligned with Box Delivery's ESG objectives with the creation of business rules; -Creation of the entire operational flow, from creating new customer acquisition strategies to churn reduction strategies, covering operations with users, suppliers and customers; -Creation and development of flows and stages of the application together with the Tech and Product teams to launch the mobile application; -Definition of short and long term objectives, responding directly to the CEO for the growth and sustainability of the area, with a focus on revenue generation; -Comprehensive business plan creation, including pricing structures, revenue streams and cost projections; -Feasibility analysis and potential profitability of the new area and related areas; -Creation of a detailed operational plan, outlining processes, workflows and allocation of financial and human resources, defining KPIs; -Management of budgets, procurement and logistics required to establish and maintain operations; -Identification and capture of potential partners and suppliers; -Admission processes in general

-Responsible for planning and managing the Brazilian level delivery fleet within the S&OP process -Responsible for the creation of delivery management flow, covering the entire national territory, unifying the performance of more than 5 teams and 100 people in the process, including enabling historical data record

-Creation of simulated fleet operation scenarios aimed at operational excellence

• - Analysis of correlations between the company's business models and their potential impacts on the level of service -Data analysis using Tableau Desktop tools, Databricks (SQL) with a focus on measuring future impacts and their possible deviations from the target;
