My passion is the successful implementation of IT systems – from requirements to implementation to operation. The main reason I do this with joy are the people who will later work with it: Software should be associated with the joy of working again and not be perceived as a burden.
Depending on the need, I fill the role that your project currently requires: gathering requirements, analyzing processes, designing architecture, developing frontend and backend, commissioning and maintaining it. You don't need a different contact person for every phase.
This is how I work:
Listen first. Often the question is not "how do we build this", but "what is the right solution here". I talk to the people who live the process daily before I write a line of code.
Advise honestly. I will tell you openly whether a custom development is needed, a standard product is sufficient, an automation is enough – or whether AI can really contribute something here. I will not recommend what you don't need.
Deliver in small steps. Better to have something useful in the hands of users early on than a perfect concept in the drawer.
Stay. A system is not finished when it goes live. Operation, maintenance, and further development are part of it.
