• Conducted 20+ commercial due diligences and business plan modeling for various PE clients on companies across healthcare, chemicals, tech, and infrastructure sectors, for example:

- Created detailed stock-and-flow market sizing model for pharmaceutical and healthcare industries to assess purchase of healthcare services company with enterprise value of $1bn+ by global PE fund

- Led operational diligence for global biotech company to identify $50m+ in OpEx savings in their US Commercial organization (e.g., Sales & Marketing); presented findings to board members and North America lead

- Evaluated the competitive landscape and financial performance of a chemical ingredients company for a PE buyer to determine profitability potential, competitive advantage, investment risks and mitigants

- Assessed stand-alone case and optimization potential of leading battery manufacturer for a global PE fund and identified $10m+ of annual cash flow savings from supply chain and operational optimizations

• Sourcing, evaluation, execution, and support of co-investments in Healthcare, Financial Institutions, and Industrials

• Led commercial, financial, and technical due diligence for, and closed $30m investment in space intelligence company

• Led end-to-end diligence process (incl. FDIC receivership modelling) for $15m investment in distressed regional bank

• Led end-to-end diligence process (incl. customer and competitor calls, management session, operational and supply chain review) for, and closed $20m investment in frozen breakfast manufacturer

• Source, evaluate, and manage venture, growth, and lower Middle-Market investments in DACH and North America:

◦ $60k seed investment in a German AgeTech startup; leveraged my strong local network to introduce founding team to service providers (tax and legal counsel) and institutional investors (2 VC funds introduced)

◦ Evaluating follow-on investment in bridge round to Series A (marked-up ~1.5x vs. original investment)

◦ $50k seed investment in a Canadian AI-enabled EdTech startup; led legal and tax evaluation of Canadian convertible structure, and financing to ensure timely funding in CAD
