I am a Senior IT Project Manager with over six years of experience in planning, steering, and successfully implementing digital projects – particularly in the areas of e-commerce, web development, and digital transformation.

My focus is on efficiently connecting technology, structure, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

In recent years, I have managed numerous Shopware and Shopify projects – from the concept phase through technical implementation to go-live and long-term operation. I work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders on the client side to translate complex requirements into clear roadmaps and realistic milestones.

My responsibilities included, among others:

• Overall responsibility for project planning, resource, and budget control

• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams (development, design, marketing)

• Introduction of agile methods and tools such as Asana, Jira, or Confluence

• Management of system and shop migrations as well as integrations of external interfaces

• Stakeholder management and reporting at management level

Furthermore, I am keenly interested in current developments in AI and digital efficiency, especially where new technologies create real added value in projects – for example, through intelligent data preparation, better decision-making bases, or smart content creation.

I work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with a high standard of quality. My goal is to manage projects in a way that they are implemented both technically sound and economically viable – with clear communication and pragmatic execution.
