I advise young and growing companies as well as SMEs on building and optimizing their structures and processes in the finance area.

I have prepared and audited annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements, built finance departments, reporting structures and controlling, implemented software solutions, optimized processes, created cost center structures and charts of accounts, and am aware of the great interdependence of the finance department with other departments such as sales, HR, or purchasing.

I pay particular attention to automation, modern software solutions, and the integration of all systems to ensure efficient data flow and avoid manual processes as much as possible. This starts with the procurement process and ends with the creation of reports in controlling.

My consulting focus areas are the establishment and improvement of structures in the areas of

I acquired my knowledge through my work as Head of Controlling, Audit Manager in the field of auditing, or project manager in the finance department.

Previously, I studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim and hold a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann).
