Assisted the Financial Department of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild in their accounting transition during the implementation of a new core banking system: Supported the accounting team on functional topics; Analyzed and implemented accounting schemes by type of financial product (French and IFRS); Established new accounting controls and processes; Participated in testing phases: drafting and executing tests, analyzing results and reporting defects, monitoring anomaly resolution; Managed change within the accounting team.

Consulting: Designed a map of operational and accounting risks and implemented an adapted control plan for a banking institution; Internal audit of the treasury management control system for a banking group's subsidiaries: assessed the effectiveness of the control and risk management system; Drafted and implemented a risk management system (Enterprise Risk Management - ERM, Risk Appetite Framework - RAF, Recovery and Resolution Plan, Stress tests); Provided post-Brexit support on IFR/IFD regulations and reporting (Annual Report on Internal Control - RACI).
