Four modes, one practice
- AI Trainings. Focused sessions on Claude, Copilot, n8n, Flowise, Local LLMs, agentic systems. Half-day to multi-day, on-site or remote. I've trained 200+ executives, including teams from Google, UiPath, and MPCG. Often the right entry point before a build.
- AI Consulting. Strategy, use-case identification, roadmaps, business cases. The "where to start" work.
- Applied AI Engineering. Prototyping, integration, deployment. No-code and low-code where it fits, custom code where it doesn't.
- Fractional CAIO. Ongoing AI leadership as a Tandem with Dr. Artur Hahn (16 AI patents, ex-CERN, Philips Research, Johns Hopkins). I cover strategy, Artur covers engineering. Chief AI Officer accountability without the full-time hire.
