I draw on over 20 years of experience in various organizations with different cultures:
- in France, Belgium, the USA,
- of different sizes (from a startup of 10 people to a large industrial group of over 50,000 people, including mid-sized companies).
An engineer by training, I have a background in innovation, project management, management, intrapreneurship, sales, marketing, and leadership.
Accompanying an organization means advising, coaching, training, and even acting as a therapist for large systems.
Faced with various challenges, I evolved while participating in business and responsibility changes. I have experienced collective successes and witnessed rapid declines in team performance, and engaged in effectual intrapreneurship (without realizing it).
With a certain ability to listen and step back, I have been able to conceptualize, model, train myself, and translate these learnings into practice. My passion lies in accompaniment, teaching, and the pleasure of seeing collaborators and teams evolve.
My successes and failures have forged beliefs about the necessity of integrating performance and well-being through the regulation of interactions for the success of all stakeholders, and through the development of professional, relational, and personal skills. There are always solutions if we work with the right levers, if we question our perceptions, if we connect to a 'systemic wisdom'.
