I am Marc Bergère, a consultant, coach, and trainer with over 15 years of experience in supporting individuals and organizations. 1 - Soft Skills Training:I help participants enhance their human potential through practical training on interpersonal skills (assertiveness, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, time management, conflict management).

2 - Professional Communication:As an expert in communication and personal branding, I assist professionals and students in developing clear and impactful communication, both internally and on LinkedIn. I offer specific modules to master the art of public speaking, conflict management, and self-affirmation in various environments.

3 - Career Design:I support individuals in their professional transition or in defining their career project. Through a process of applied positive and existential psychology, I help each person clarify their aspirations, explore new opportunities, and build a path aligned with their values and skills.
