Expert in corporate finance, I have over 30 years of experience as an investor (equity, quasi-equity), financing banker (LBO), and M&A advisor.

I have completed a hundred transactions across a wide range of business sectors and transaction types (majority LBOs, minority support, company and transaction financing, from startups to large corporations), supporting or co-investing with reputable investment funds such as Apax, LBO France, Sagard, Astorg, Cinven, Carlyle, EMZ, Azulis, 21 Centrale, ICG, Ares, ... In addition, I have experience in creating and managing third-party investment activities.
