Playcall is a video call application allowing parents to interact with their young children in high-quality, fun, and interactive sessions.

- I led the entire product lifecycle, from MVP to production release, using Flutter, and integrated Firebase (authentication, Firestore, Functions), Google Cloud, and Agora for real-time video.

- I also oversaw App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and Codemagic CI to ensure smooth deployment.

- Focusing on user experience, VoIP/push notifications, and remote updates, I aligned technical execution with market needs and business objectives, while providing comprehensive documentation for future developers.

I held the role of the first and only Frontend Developer at Trustpair, where I was fully autonomous and responsible for technological choices. My main responsibilities were:

- Introducing the BFF (Backend for Frontend) paradigm

- Training backend Ruby teams on Frontend/API/Backend best practices

- Designing and maintaining a frontend architecture from scratch (micro-frontend)

- Managing CI/CD and the Design System for several Next.js applications

- Advising on technological choices and product evolution

- Ensuring project management (JIRA) and mentoring a senior developer, particularly through training (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, testing)

I joined Saqara as a Full-stack developer to evolve and improve the performance of the main product. I quickly took over the Frontend and managed a team of 8 developers. My main responsibilities were:

- Drastically improving application performance (especially the download system) through web workers and complexity reduction.

- Introducing Next.js and developing a new product with a micro-frontend approach.

- Designing, implementing, and managing the Frontend architecture with 7 developers, collaborating with other managers to define the product.

- Creating a Design System from scratch.

- Developing user interfaces and backend functionalities for the main product.
