GDPR consultant and cybersecurity governance and compliance, I support organizations (private and public) in compliance, risk management, and structuring their data/cyber governance, with a pragmatic, results-oriented, and evidence-based approach.

I work on, among other things: mapping of processing activities and register, subcontractor management, contractual framework (Art. 28), impact assessments (AIPD/DPIA), retention/archiving policies, establishment or strengthening of governance (roles, committees, KPIs), and security requirements linked to business and IT.

Structured and actionable deliverables: register, PSSI/charter, 6-12 month compliance plan, risk matrix, procedures (rights, breaches, authorizations), and awareness materials.
