I am a Senior Product Designer with a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon and 6+ years of experience at Microsoft and Apple. I also co-founded Terrible Workers, an educational game for teenagers that received recognition at the Serious Games and ECGBL conferences for best educational game.

I specialize in breaking down complex problems into clear solutions and creating seamless user experiences. My systems-thinking approach, shaped by my diverse education and professional experience, helps me design solutions that address immediate user needs while aligning with long-term goals. My engineering background enables me to seamlessly integrate AI into design work. In the past, I have designed experiences for developers who use RAG to build AI applications, focusing on simplifying and automating their workflow. I’ve also driven faster prototyping through Figma MCP server integration in VS Code, designed an AI plugin in Figma to detect security issues, and built an AI agent to extract and analyze customer feedback for smarter decisions. I have also created user-friendly experiences for complex platforms like Azure and Fabric, and at Apple, I led efforts to enhance the end-to-end experience of the Customer Care application. My expertise includes research, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, consistently delivering scalable, impactful products.
