End-to-end leadership of enterprise software implementation projects for international clients across various industries.

My focus was on requirements gathering, system configuration, rollout, hypercare, and stabilization. I facilitated workshops and advised executives on clarifying target states, processes, and governance, designed workflows and operational procedures for innovation and transformation programs, and aligned stakeholders across business functions, IT, and the organization—including in globally distributed teams.

Furthermore, I coordinated and led internal cross-functional teams of full-stack and front-end developers, IT administration, and customer support to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, I supported the adoption and sustainable integration of new ways of working, collaborated closely with product and development teams, and contributed to new use cases, including AI.

Co-responsible for the introduction, configuration, and global rollout of an idea management platform across all locations and employees of the Brose Group.

My responsibilities included harmonizing group-wide processes, standards, and governance models for idea management, functional leadership and coordination of international stakeholders across all regions, as well as the design and provision of KPI reports and management dashboards in Power BI.

Furthermore, I was involved in works council negotiations, compliance-related coordination, internal communication, and keynote presentations at the corporate level. Additionally, I supported employee training and actively promoted the adoption of new work methods.
