I'm Manuel Jesús García Fito, and if there's one thing I've learned in over ten years working in consulting, processes, automation, and pre-sales, it's that projects need people who get involved, understand the business, and know how to move the pieces to make things happen. That's exactly my area.

I've worked with companies like Telefónica, Repsol, Endesa, Vodafone, and Europcar, always in environments where quick analysis, clear solution proposals, and team coordination were necessary to ensure everything flowed smoothly. I'm comfortable in chaos, under pressure, and with challenges that require a cool head and creativity. And when I like a project, I go all in.

My experience combines process analysis, RPA (official Blue Prism certification), Appian, pre-sales, solution design, documentation, demos, and direct client interaction. I've also worked in banking (DXC – BancaMarch) and in document management and cybersecurity (Kyocera–Coanda). This mix has made me a versatile, fast-paced, and highly results-oriented professional.

I'm looking for a project where I can contribute all this experience, continue to grow, and work with teams that value initiative, clear communication, and problem-solving skills. I'm available to travel and take on challenges that require commitment and energy.
