Operational Excellence: Supervision of operational follow-up (incidents/requests) and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and backlog reduction.

Strategy and Innovation: Implementation of the Modern Workplace strategic roadmap, integrating evolution and continuous improvement projects.

Innovation: Creation and launch of the Power Platform Factory in France, a key initiative for accelerating automation and business uses.

Technological Watch: Proactive monitoring (Windows 11, UEM, Intune, M365) to ensure technological alignment with global standards (approximately 10,000 devices).

Global Coordination: Interface and coordination role with Global teams and Product Owners (in English), ensuring alignment of local and international strategies.

Resource Management: Responsibility for budget monitoring of the Modern Workplace France team and management of service contracts.

Management of Digital Workplace projects for various Crédit Agricole entities and CA-GIP.

Microsoft 365 SEATTLE Program

Management of the M365 – Office 365 solution deployment for the CA-GIP and CA TS entity, and pilot for 6 regional banks

Teams, Migration to Exchange On-line, Migration to OneDrive, Security

Platform Readiness Project:

Implementation of the operational model around M365. Management of the integration of incident, request, problem, change, go-live, authorization, security management processes, definition of RACI.

PoC of the Dathena solution, various other projects around tenant security.

Integration of the CACI subsidiary of the CA Assurances group. International project (Dublin, Milan) Integration of the subsidiary into the Workplace platform proposed by CA-GIP. Project carried out with remote work constraints related to COVID and switch of all SI components in one weekend.

Deployment of the CA-GIP Windows 10 platform for the Crédit Agricole CA Payment Services entity. Approximately 900 Users. Management for CA-GIP from design to user deployment.
