During the time I spent at Deloitte I worked as a SCRUM master for a team of 18 members where I helped the team increase velocity in 18%. At the same time I was the team’s testing lead where I created and implemented 7 test cases on a daily cycle for the final stage of the product development lifecycle reporting over 100 bugs.

My main tasks where to plan the teams developing cycles, keep them in track and report to the leading department about the status of the team. At this time I was tasked to develop several use cases on how to report data in a cloud technology project.

This internship was a research project between Bank of America and University of South Florida. With a team of students from several disciplines of the business school we had the task to do a sentiment analysis study on several cities where the bank had presence using data originated from Twitter and report on the behavior of the comments towards the bank for specific periods of time.

I developed the ETL process that allowed us to read the data from Twitter. And the reporting dashboards used to report the data in real time.
