Vitruve Project

Complete redesign of IT management control IT components to improve data quality and harmonize reporting for the French and Swiss entities.

• Implementation of a new data warehouse, shared with Switzerland, dedicated to management control.

• Decommissioning of old EssBase cubes (budget and forecast) in favor of new cubes implemented with the Oracle PBCS cloud solution powered by the data warehouse

• Creation of new reports with MicroStrategy powered by the data warehouse.
