I support individuals in the detailed description of work situations and the gathering of evidence, individually and/or in groups if a common need is identified. I identify, with them, the elements that constitute professional activity and the work situations encountered. Together, we distinguish and classify the experience gained, the skills, knowledge, and aptitudes possessed, in line with the skills and abilities required by the certification.

Each candidate gathers and organizes the evidence in the file. During sessions, we work on describing work situations to justify professional experience in relation to the skill blocks of the certification framework. Finally, we assist with the text processing and organization of descriptions, depending on the candidates' reading and writing abilities. Then, I prepare the candidate for the defense.
