It was in 2022, during her university studies, that the idea of creating a company crossed Manon Simon's mind. While working on her research thesis on the theme of "return to employment after a long-term work stoppage," our founder made the simple observation that companies have very little knowledge about occupational health and disability.
At the same time, government obligations concerning these subjects, as well as those of inclusivity and diversity, are becoming paramount. It became logical for Manon to set a simple goal: to help companies and their employees by implementing projects that take into account the entirety of the life journey through occupational health and disability.
Manon decided to offer her knowledge and experience to the functions of a work social worker in order to improve the quality of life and working conditions (QVCT) of employees. The objective is also to simplify the daily management of these subjects for support functions, particularly HR departments, which can then focus more on their core business.
Stemming from her personal experience, the motivations that led Manon to create Exæquo Conseil are today the reason for our company's existence: to believe in a world where people with disabilities can engage in professional activity in an ordinary environment, without prejudice or discrimination, while promoting spaces of trust at work.
