As an execution project manager, I am responsible for the proper implementation of construction work on site. My role consists of supervising the different execution stages, ensuring that everything is carried out in accordance with the plans, technical specifications, and the requirements of the contract. I coordinate work teams and ensure the quality of services while respecting deadlines and budget. My goal is to ensure effective management of unforeseen events and guarantee the compliance of the works with current standards, while maintaining smooth communication with the client.

In parallel, I also play the role of OPC, which means coordinator, planner, and supervisor, to ensure that the site schedule is respected. I implement task scheduling and coordinate the interventions of different trades. I ensure optimal use of human and material resources, and I monitor the progress of the works to quickly identify any deviations in deadlines. My goal is to ensure the smooth running of the site, by optimizing time management and facilitating collaboration between all involved parties.

As a works director, I managed the coordination and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality of work. I supervised teams in the field and ensured safety on construction sites.

In parallel, I handled the commercial aspect with suppliers. This included negotiating prices, managing supplies, and ensuring that the necessary materials were delivered on time and met project requirements.

I also actively participated in developing the client portfolio. I was responsible for client relations, managing quotes, negotiating contracts, and monitoring satisfaction after the completion of works.
