Responsibilities:

- Complete methodology: facilitation of discovery phases, field user research, user interviews, pain point analysis, insight synthesis.

- UX/UI Design: structuring of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, responsive UI design on Figma.

- Design system: creation and maintenance of a collaborative design system (Figma), documentation, and developer support.

- Feature examples: collection management, versioned documents, rights and permissions, planning, integrated messaging.

- Work mode: feature team operation, close collaboration with product, tech, and business teams.

- Design of mobile applications and websites (responsive website for a real estate group, connected housing application, real estate program launch landing pages...)

- Print design (creation and adaptation of graphic charters and advertising campaign materials: posters, flyers, social media banners, sales brochures…)

- Motion design video (promotion of real estate programs, advertising, corporate videos...)
