Organization and management of 300+ corporate events per year, in France and internationally, with simultaneous management of multiple projects. Needs assessment, action plan development, logistical and technical oversight, vendor coordination with a role of referent for smooth operations. Tracking event registrations and participant support, for 30 to 500+ attendees. Creation and management of dedicated digital materials (event websites and applications). Full budget monitoring up to invoicing (budgets up to €300K). Participation in service reorganization and supervision of a team of 5 people. On-site presence during events, in France and abroad.

Definition and implementation of communication strategy with a focus on promoting technical expertise (cybersecurity, critical systems). Full management of internal projects from brief to post-project review: optimization of sales brochures, organization of internal or business events, management of expert videos, CSR communications. Creation and distribution of a newsletter for employees: content focused on innovation, regulations, cybersecurity, industry trends. Writing and formatting. Adaptation of communication actions in a crisis context (Covid).

Communication strategy: definition and application of the annual communication plan, aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Event organization: content strategy design, logistical coordination, vendor management, budget monitoring, and impact analysis. Project management: selection of distribution channels (print, digital, intranet), vendor oversight, action coordination, and performance evaluation. Graphic design of communication materials in compliance with the brand identity and industry standards.
