I am Manon and I operate under the name Malzenn Studio.
- Malzenn means “nugget” in Breton. The word “studio” refers to the 7th art and the place intended for filmmaking in cinema. Malzenn Studio is the journey of a woman who has never stopped cultivating wonder, to continue to see with her child's eyes the beauty of things. Discovering the world and others to stimulate creativity.
- I am a director and editor. I put my heart into my video creations to represent artists, artisans, and their projects in Brittany (or elsewhere, "to infinity and beyond" as Buzz Lightyear would say), ensuring I remain as faithful as possible to their universes!
- I have been passionate about art and audiovisual since my youngest age. I attended film school from 2013 to 2016 and continued my experience in various structures. I was thus able to diversify the directing styles for institutions, local authorities, VSEs/SMEs/large groups.
- Before that, I continued to make more artistic videos about dance, an art form I particularly appreciate. Having practiced several disciplines for a few years (modern jazz, hip-hop, contemporary), the entrepreneurial project makes sense: it allows me to combine my skills with my interests.
- In 2023, my project took a turn, with the goal of going freelance in 2024. I am now the manager of my company and am working with the Breton cooperative Chrysalide for support and advice on my entrepreneurial project.
