Automotive Manufacturer - Digital CRM Platform - PMO Program Roll Out

- Steering and support of deployments in coordination with Product Owners and project teams, regions, and countries (5 Regions, 40 countries, 7 projects per country).

- Steering of deployment releases for the Program (steering UAT, tracking cross-functional features, consolidating release notes) - Applications developed in Agile mode

- Organization and steering of a specific project for the implementation of GDPR within the platform (dedicated committees, coordination of logical feature implementation & data flow opening, milestone tracking, risk monitoring, communications to countries and regions)

- Preparation and organization of steering committees at the Regional level (5 Regions with one committee per week)

Automotive Manufacturer - Digital CRM Platform - Deployment of a Salesforce-based web sales application In cooperation with the project team (Product Owner, IT PM, Developers, Change team):

- Support for countries in deployment scoping (Gap analysis, deployment plan preparation, training plan…)
