Complete organization of a professional trip for 30 participants to Reunion Island (including logistics, activity coordination, schedule management, and unforeseen issue resolution). Management of participation in over 10 annual trade shows (logistics, stand design, registration, and partnership development). Implementation of about ten themed internal contests and events, as part of an annual calendar. Creation of a well-being at work and CSR program (works council, goodies, Ecovadis awards, CSR contests, and events). Participation in the management of the annual event budget.

Organization of training sessions, registration management, and coordination with trainers. Participation in the organization of two trade shows per year, welcoming over 4,000 visitors and 100 exhibitors.
