Content writer and editorial communication officer, I work on internal, external and institutional communication projects.

For over three years, I have been supporting SNCF Réseau within the Communication Department on the design, writing and management of content: intranet and website articles, national internal newsletters, project pages and various editorial formats. My role is to make technical, industrial and strategic subjects understandable, and to ensure the clarity, consistency and usefulness of messages for internal and external audiences.

With a journalism background (9 years at the daily newspaper Sud Ouest) and experience in communication agencies, I bring a dual culture of information and communication. This allows me to work in demanding contexts, advise teams and structure editorial projects tailored to institutional challenges.

- Management of website redesigns or creations on Drupal and Wordpress (clients: L'Oréal, HLM Infos, Cned, RIVP, Rians...)

- Development monitoring and coordination with technical teams (Trello, Jira);

- Ticketing (Redmine, Trello, Jira)

- Performance analysis (Google analytics, Diva, Agorapulse, Piano).
