Multi-site Performance Manager:

• Deployment of the company's CSR strategy through ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Imprim’vert, RSEi and EcoVadis standards

• Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with agency directors and department managers

• Standardization and harmonization of processes

• Direct management of a QSE project manager

Production Site Manager of La Défense (headquarters):

• Team management (manufacturing, planning and production, 13 employees)

• Supervision of technical activities and guarantee of compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives

• Analysis and monitoring of the site's economic and financial indicators. (SIG, Product turnover, Subcontracting turnover, Purchase volume)

• Management of process optimization and production organization projects

• Replacement of the Production Manager for 15 months while maintaining operational continuity

• Management of the headquarters and production site relocation project: coordination of service providers, operational planning, and setup of the new workshop

Multi-site management of QSE, CSR and continuous improvement initiatives in a context of structuring and harmonizing practices

Continuous Improvement:

• Optimization of internal non-conformity and customer complaint management

• Implementation of projects aimed at continuous improvement of company performance

• Contribution to the update of the Technical Memorandum for Tenders

• Improvement of MVP in workshops

• Creation from scratch of an online Document Base (SharePoint) for all company departments

• Deployment of an automated process for archiving delivery notes

• Redefinition of HR processes and associated documents - implementation of an onboarding process

Quality & Environment:

• Deployment of the company's CSR policy

• Definition of quality and environmental objectives, monitoring and analysis of results

• Preparation and facilitation of management reviews and process reviews

• Preparation for internal and external ISO 9001/14001 and Imprim’Vert and 5S audits

• Management of customer complaints and internal non-conformities

• Launch, monitoring, and analysis of the annual customer satisfaction survey

• Employee awareness-raising on quality and environmental topics

• Preparation of Ecofolio data for our clients

• Waste regulatory management (register and waste tracking forms)

• Document management and updating

• Regulatory watch

Safety / Health / Hygiene:

• Maintenance of the unique documents for our 5 agencies

• Employee awareness-raising on OHS

• GDPR compliance

• Implementation of actions related to the COVID-19 epidemic

• Regulatory watch

CSR:

• Development of the 1st CSR report (year 2018); annual update of the CSR report

• Implementation and monitoring of the RSEi Label (label from the federation of insertion companies and AFNOR)

• Ecovadis (Silver 66/100)

Took over the QSE department and restructured the multi-site QSE management system:

- Monitoring and maintenance of ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications and Imprim'Vert labeling.

- Implementation of a project aimed at better monitoring non-conformities and customer complaints

- Collaboration with all department managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement, notably through the implementation of Lean tools
