Achievements:

- Facilitate client workshops to identify needs and build the best solution (for the client and the company)

- Manage product development in Agile

- Design new features, write specifications, user stories, and wireframes

- Define the overall product vision and functional strategy with the product team. Etc.

Objective: Create a B2B e-commerce site linked to the Jacquet Metal Service group's ERP and deploy it across several of the group's brands and countries.

Achievements:

- Facilitate user tests and interviews

- Analyze customer journey and identify user needs

- Manage the Product Backlog

- Translate functional requirements into User Stories

- User testing, monitor deliverables and their quality

- Project management and facilitation of Agile rituals (retro planning, mornings, demos, poker planning, etc.)

- Deploy the Product to international brands and train users

Objective: Automate the entry and dissemination of advertisements on several French portals, optimize processes and inventory management.

Achievements:

- Analyze company needs and identify solutions

- Design software (scraping, task automation, process optimization, etc.)

- Recruit a freelance developer, monitor development and QA

- Customer monitoring and solution optimization – To date: productivity x5, reduction in production costs - 40%

Result:

I designed software that reduced the costs of entering and disseminating advertisements by at least 40%, improved productivity by x5, eliminated bottlenecks, and collected data on software usage and the performance of advertisements and sales representatives.

Personal conclusion:

I loved this mission because I took on an interesting challenge: starting from scratch, and in a short time, I was able to bring a lot of added value to the company.
