• Develop and participate in an animation strategy for each social platform by growing audience and engagement;

• Create content for Marie Claire France accounts in collaboration with the editorial team, sales department, and diversification service: manage editorial line, define publication calendar, create content, organize live sessions, manage communities;

• Be proactive in producing new formats, especially video. Be able to produce some of these formats, in collaboration with the GMC newsroom and editorial journalists.

• Conduct one-off influencer actions related to specific brand operations;

• Monitor key indicators to measure, track, and analyze community performance and satisfaction levels and share them internally.

• Conduct monitoring on key brand themes and evolving social media practices (direct and indirect competition);

• Liaise directly with platforms to monitor and propose ad hoc developments;

• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal rules for publications on social media as a reference media.

• Create posts, reels, and content for social media

• Manage and moderate social media accounts

• Produce or coordinate video content creation

• Develop communication actions and campaigns to improve visibility

• Monitor market technology and trend developments and conduct competitive analysis

• Analyze social media account performance by considering KPIs, engagement, and impressions, and propose optimizations based on data analysis

• Produce comprehensive reports (organic and boosted) and analyze content performance
