PMO Buy Competitiveness for the Purchasing department of an aeronautics client: transverse project management. Monitoring the execution of 35 Business Cases to optimize machine part costs. Budget allocated for the 35 projects: €5M (2022) Central PMO (transverse) for the Purchasing department of an aeronautics client: continuous improvement and maintenance of the department's digital tools, implementation of KPIs and dashboards, consolidation of data from PMO Buy Competitiveness, coordination of transverse activities, data quality control, implementation and writing of operating procedures.

"The Hand, The Heart, The Head" (MCT): a platform for sustainable return to employment for people from priority neighborhoods in Marseille (13) and Stains (93) through temporary employment services and/or company placements. Experimental project responding to the 100% Inclusion call for projects, implemented and co-financed by the State (High Commission for Skills and DGEFP). My responsibilities:
