For this total renovation project of an apartment located in Le Bouscat, my mission is to completely rethink the space to transform it into a modern, functional, and warm living space, while respecting the character and identity of the building.

Mission Details:

Analysis of the current state of the apartment and identification of areas for improvement, both aesthetically and functionally.
Consideration of the owners' specific wishes and needs to develop a personalized renovation program.

Design and Planning:
Proposal of new layouts to optimize spaces, rethinking room distribution, circulation, and natural light intake.
Selection of materials, colors, and finishes to create a harmonious and contemporary atmosphere, ensuring the integration of existing elements worth preserving.

Creation of Plans and Visualizations:
Development of detailed plans and 3D renderings to allow for a clear visualization of the final project and facilitate decision-making.
Preparation of technical documents necessary for site monitoring.

Site Monitoring:
Coordination with craftsmen and various trades to ensure execution in accordance with plans and within the planned deadlines.
