Development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and revised budgets. Management accounting: implementation, control, and correction. Ensuring financial monitoring of around thirty departments and supporting department heads. Carrying out reporting and dashboards on demand. Analysis of collected data, establishment of summary reports. Closing work: preparation of annual balance sheets and P&Ls, by company and consolidated. Migration and improvement work on the ERP, implementation of treasury and management accounting budgets. Work on the reporting software (SEI) to collect data and create reports.

Responsible for accounting operations related to the treasury of our multi-currency entities: reconciliations, entries, provisions, cut-off.

Management of 50 current accounts and 15 securities accounts

Preparation of the weekly cash report. Monitoring of financial instruments and currency hedging. Active participation in account closing: preparation of annual financial statements: Balance Sheet and P&L by company and combined.

Accounts receivable accounting: invoicing, account monitoring, provisions, reminders, reconciliations. Accounts payable accounting: expense report management, invoice accounting, and account monitoring.
