For nearly 10 years, I have worked within cosmetic brands, managing product development and brand marketing projects, from the initial idea to market launch: formulation monitoring, packaging sourcing, partner selection, coordination of internal and external teams, compliance with regulatory and industrial constraints... I have learned to navigate concretely through all the stages (and unforeseen events!) that punctuate the life of a cosmetic project.

Over the years, I have developed a very operational approach to product development: structuring, framing, coordinating, unblocking critical points... and above all, moving projects forward within the allocated deadlines and budgets.

Today, I have chosen to put this experience at the service of several brands as a freelance consultant.

I mainly support SMEs and independent brands that need expert support to manage their product development projects, reposition a range, or structure an offering.

I act as a true operational link for:

– strategic and foundational analysis (existing audit, market research, competitive intelligence, and trend reporting)

– definition of range architectures and marketing recommendations

– management of product developments (formulation, packaging, testing, industrialization)

– coordination of partners (laboratories, suppliers, contract manufacturers, perfumers)

– structuring of timelines and securing key milestones

– preparation of launches and marketing materials

My role: to integrate into teams, take charge of projects, and ensure their successful completion, smoothly and in a structured manner.
