I am a technical product manager. Ex-Amazonian. I shipped CloudWatch Application Insights to 17,000+ enterprise customers (~30% MTTR reduction, AWS-published). A decade of work in fintech, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure.

Currently a TPM at Inspera, the European digital assessment platform. Previously at Tyfone (US digital banking), BlueOptima (developer analytics for Tier-1 banks), Progress (network monitoring), and AWS.

CS background. Started at AWS in solution architecture and moved into product management via Amazon's internal mobility programme. I can sit in an architecture review and a pricing meeting the same morning and add value to both.

Wrote the PRD for and launched Application Insights' ML-driven anomaly detection at AWS. Owned the AI/ML direction for Perf Insights at BlueOptima, integrating LLM-based code analysis with ML scoring for code maintainability across enterprise customers, including Barclays, Citi, and JPMorgan Chase.
