On the organizational diagnostics and sector intelligence front, I have notably produced monthly strategic intelligence briefs for CASA's executive committee, covering market trends, regulations, and competitive movements.

In terms of PMO, I managed the governance and roadmap of a 5-year regulatory transformation program for a European captive bank, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and ensuring reporting to the steering committee. I also orchestrated the execution monitoring of Crédit Agricole's strategic plan.
