Mandfred Ballin

IT professional with a background in software development, I have over 8 years of experience in business applications, primarily in back-end and full-stack environments. My career has allowed me to be involved in the entire application lifecycle: design, development, testing, bug fixing, delivery, and maintenance, within Agile and collaborative contexts.

Over the course of projects, I have developed a strong appetite for topics at the interface between business and technology: needs analysis, understanding business rules, user interaction, functional validation, and solution quality. These experiences now lead me to be particularly interested in roles such as functional consultant, technical-functional consultant, functional tester, or project manager, where understanding, structuring, and communication are central.

In the same vein, I am also interested in business software consultant roles, which involve mastering management solutions (ERP, payroll, invoicing, etc.), understanding their business uses, and supporting clients in their configuration, adoption, and daily use.

👉 In parallel, I remain fully open to opportunities as a developer. Development is my core business: I am operational, autonomous, accustomed to delivering, and able to adapt quickly to new technical contexts. I can work with stacks I already know, but also with other languages or environments, provided there is time for skill development.

My objective is clear: to continue in a concrete and useful IT role, whether through development or more functional roles, while building a coherent and sustainable career path.
