I led our team of 4 consultants responsible for developing the web and mobile part of the live streaming solution for a French startup, CHAMP'S.

My main tasks were:

- Leading the team, both functionally and technically (project management, quality assurance...)

- Designing the architecture, initializing, developing, deploying, and maintaining several web services and applications using Django, React, and React Native

- Writing API and functional documentation

- Onboarding new developers
