PROJECT

Development of a web application for an independent auditing, consulting, and accounting and tax services organization with NuxtJS in the front-end and Symfony in the back-end.

JOB CONTENT

- Setting up the script for data migration from version 1 of the application in Oracle to version 2 in MySQL,

- Listing and reporting the status of each migration performed,

- Processing tickets with the team for the delivery of version 1 of the application.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The mission takes place within a team of 4 project managers and about twenty developers. Daily scrums are organized to discuss project progress and address blocking points.

PROJECT

Maintenance and development of new modules for the website www.magicstay.com

JOB CONTENT

- Discussion and validation with the project manager and sales team of new modules to be developed,

- Code review and support for new developers joining the project,

- Addition of new modules to the site: white label, travel manager, booking via messaging, etc., and writing corresponding technical documentation,

- Correction of security vulnerabilities at the code level after a security audit,

- HTML5/CSS3 integration of the new graphic design during the site redesign in 2019,

- Redesign and dynamic enhancement of the sales funnel in June 2020,

- Management of the development of the Magicstay API and client relations (documentation available here: www.magicstay.com/docs),

- Integration of Stripe online payment solution, and SWIKLY online deposit solutions,

- Migration of the WordPress blog to the main site, development of an easy-to-use content management system,

- Various tasks: maintenance, bug fixes, and site improvements.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

With the MagicStay team of 5 to 10 developers, the mission consisted of developing new modules using Zend Framework on the back-end and JQuery/Bootstrap on the front-end, as required by the sales team. The challenge, with 2 million available properties, was to speed up searches on the site and API.

Projets client

- Intégration HTML5/CSS3 fait en amont, le développeur est responsable de: concevoir la base de donnée, mettre en place l'interface d'administration du site, dynamiser le front, optimiser le chargement du site et le référencement naturel, mettre le site en production,

- Pour les sites sous Wordpress, le rôle du développeur est : d’installer le thème, personnaliser le thème par rapport au cahier de charges du client, dynamiser le front, créez un (des) plugin(s) en cas de besoin, intégrer les données clients ( textes, photos, vidéos, etc... ), optimiser le chargement du site et le référencement naturel avant la mise en production du site.

DESCRIPTION DU PROJET

Avec une équipe composée d’un chargé de projet (non technique) et de 3 développeurs, les missions consistent à développer de A à Z un site client. Liveyourretirement était un projet propre à Stratège, j'étais le Lead sur ce projet.
