Oversight of a rebranding operation at the wheel assembly plant, a partner of the Stellantis group (Peugeot – Citroën – Fiat…), to align the company with new automotive industry standards (electric transition, eco-responsibility, CSR). Conducted internal and external benchmarking to position the department and enhance the client portfolio. Proposed the development of an innovative digital strategy (YouTube channel, creative concepts: ‘engineers react to cars’, ‘marketers react to ads’). Defined brand identity (values, tone, image: quality, luxury, innovation). Proposed and designed layouts for reception and offices (green spaces, modern facade, visual slogan: ‘We Assemble the World’). Developed a visual timeline of the production process to highlight industrial know-how. Coordinated social and cultural initiatives (Eid al-Adha lottery, gift card design, prize draw). Involved internal teams in the project (needs assessment, common area design, idea integration).

Pilotage d'une opération de rebranding à l'usine d'assemblage de roue partenaire du groupe Stellantis (Peugeot – Citroën – Fiat…) pour aligner l'entreprise aux nouveaux standards de l'industrie automobile (transition électrique, éco-responsabilité, RSE).
