Right-hand man to the France management of CDG outside pharma and IT (approx. €300M in revenue - 17 entities - management of a team of 10 people) Financial partner to the France management for strategic activities such as nuclear (including the park) Steering of the group's 3 holding companies: control and optimization of OPEX/CAPEX (IT, CFO, HR, General Services...) Monitoring and coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings in coordination with accounting Control of the quality and reliability of accounting entries to ensure the accuracy of results Control of the consistency of operational production as well as invoicing and work in progress in conjunction with sales administration Production and validation of reporting: P&L, variance analyses, KPIs Active participation in strategic meetings with France and Group management and contribution to financial decisions Construction and steering of budgets, forecasts, and landings (from revenue to EBITDA) Business partner for the various sector directors in understanding their margins/business plans Implementation of new processes/reporting to improve the performance of finance teams (accounting, management control, sales administration) M&A participation pre and post-acquisition: business plan analysis, steering of Finance IT projects (ERP integration, BI), training in group financial processes

Financial Control: monitoring operating costs of the "New Energies" department (New Business Development) and the Support functions of the Liquid Gas BU (IT, HR, Finance, HSSEQ...); production and optimization of weekly and monthly reporting for these two areas and analysis of Actuals vs Budget/Forecast variances Budgetary Process: Elaboration of the budget, Reforecast, and 3-year plan in close collaboration with operational staff; Presentations of budget reviews to the Management Committee/Executive Committee Business Performance: Elaboration of P&Ls and analysis of financial KPIs for New Energies activities (Pellets, Solar, Heating...); privileged contact (Business Partner) for activity managers in steering their activities Monthly accounting closings: calculation of provisions for outstanding invoices and accrued expenses, control of the entry of prepaid and deferred expenses, monitoring of intercompany transactions with the Electricity BU

Ad hoc analyses: bi-annual economic analysis of bottled and cistern gas activities (revenue of €500M in 2021), management of internal orders for group cross-functional projects, support for interns in carrying out their missions (cycles, mapping, FI-CO variances...)

Business Performance: Elaboration of the P&L and calculation of the Return on Investment (ROI); Analysis of performance indicators; Analysis and reporting of weekly commercial performance Financial Control: budgetary process; monitoring and reconciliation of multi-year contract transactions (OIO); preparation and participation in monthly and quarterly closings; Monitoring of storage costs for non-installed machines; Monitoring and approval of machine loans, etc. Internal Control: monitoring and improvement of Customer Benefits processes (RFA system) Ad hoc analyses: Credit note requests, collaboration with the CFO Hardware France, ad hoc requests, consolidation of costs reported by the BU Systems Hardware
