In a team of 7 developers led by 2 project managers, I took on strategic missions including migrating from PHP 7 to PHP 8, Symfony 6.0 to 6.4, and ApiPlatform 2.7 to 3.4, with full preparation for Symfony 7 and ApiPlatform 4. Implemented a unit and functional testing infrastructure (0 to 70% coverage), developed a notification monitoring system with Teams alerts, secured API routes and removed clear JWT tokens, progressively migrated to ApiPlatform 3+ Processors/Providers (70% complete), and refactored towards SOLID principles guided by SonarCube. Developed key business features: CERFA v14 integration for training contracts, training agreements, employee import, Qualtrics surveys, invoice generation, DMS/ERP caching, and migration of identifiers to UUIDs in preparation for the PostgreSQL transition. Resolved complex issues (Mercure instability, conditional validations, dead code identification) and led tech-radars, mob-reviews, and estimation workshops.

In a team of 3 developers, I was responsible for creating new features, refactoring, and optimizing existing code. Additionally, I was involved in migrating ApiPlatform from version 2.6 to version 3.3.

Visualize vaccination data for the Mukono district (Uganda) on an interactive map using Shapefile and JSON stats.

Converted Shapefile to geo-coords JSON. Set up the application with AstroJs, Svelte, Leaflet, and Bootstrap. Used a Python script to create identifiers, map districts with JSON data, and subcountry names.
