Passionate about the Web / Digital since adolescence, I was able to discover through my university career human resources management (more particularly recruitment) which already at the time was the field of activity in which I felt most comfortable.

Born into a family of high-level athletes, I therefore had the great opportunity to combine my attraction for the web / Digital with my desire to always be able to establish healthy and fruitful relationships with my interlocutors, whether personal or professional, by starting a career as an IT recruitment manager.

Talent Acquisition Specialist IT for 7 years now, I have also had the satisfaction and pleasure of managing junior recruitment manager profiles, with whom I was able to approach issues of retention, onboarding, and school/partner relations.

Currently a Freelance recruiter, I aspire to further develop my skills in this rich and diverse field ^^.
