At Softia, I had the opportunity to leverage my web development expertise through several varied projects

Development for Sarali: Contribution to the creation of a collaborative evaluation writing application, actively participating in the development of key features that facilitate user interaction and efficiency.

Opera Project for INAO: Development of specialized features for a data import and exploitation application, enabling better management of information collected from operators by the National Institute of Origin and Quality.

CRPN: Commitment to the continuous development of various web applications designed to meet the specific needs of the Complementary Retirement Fund for Navigating Personnel. These applications aim to improve access to and management of retirement services for their clients.

These diverse experiences have allowed me to strengthen my front-end and back-end development skills, while effectively meeting the specific requirements of each client.

Mention develops advanced online monitoring solutions, particularly through robust APIs for collecting and sharing online data with its clients. Within a team composed of a lead developer, two full-stack developers, a front-end developer, and a product manager, I was responsible for developing new features to enhance these APIs. We adopted the Agile Scrum methodology to optimize our workflow, integrating the following ceremonies:

Daily Scrum: Daily meetings for progress tracking and task adjustment.

Sprint Review: Periodic evaluation of sprint results to measure project progress.

Sprint Retrospective: Analysis of post-sprint work methods to identify possible improvements.

Backlog Refinement: Regular refinement of the backlog to ensure clarity and prioritization of tasks.

All development was guided by rigorous practices including the creation of guidelines, the execution of unit and functional tests, as well as code reviews to maintain a high level of quality.
