Driven by a deep curiosity for technology and a strong taste for rigor, I undertook a career change a few years ago towards software quality and testing professions. This professional shift was not just a change of direction, but a true quest for meaning: to understand, analyze, and improve the systems on which today's businesses rely.

Coming from an initial background in commerce and management, I progressively established a link between operational performance and tool reliability. This conviction led me to train, challenge myself, and fully invest in the world of software testing, a field where precision, method, and collaboration are essential.

From the FITEC training, where I mastered the fundamentals of QA, to my immersion in the IFS Cloud deployment project at Balas, I have built rich and cross-functional experience: test case design, end-to-end scenario execution, defect qualification, and also supporting business teams on strategic processes (purchasing, logistics, manufacturing).

Each assignment reinforced my belief that quality is not a project phase, but a mindset. I learned to adapt quickly, understand functional stakes, and work hand-in-hand with business departments to ensure the coherence, fluidity, and reliability of delivered solutions.

Today, I define myself as a hybrid profile, at the intersection of functional, testing, and project collaboration. What sets me apart is this ability to continuously learn, understand the needs behind the technology, and never lose sight of the ultimate goal: to deliver a product that makes sense, that works, and that simplifies the lives of its users.

Throughout the project, I played a key interface role between business teams, AMOA, and integrators to ensure the consistency and compliance of processes in IFS. This close collaboration ensured a common understanding of functional needs and translated operational requirements into concrete and measurable test cases.
My role was not limited to test execution; it was primarily about facilitating communication between the various project stakeholders. By actively participating in design workshops, sprint reviews, and acceptance testing campaigns, I helped identify friction points, clarify functional discrepancies, and propose pragmatic solutions to address them.
This cross-functional approach allowed me to maintain an overall view of interconnected flows – Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing – and ensure their perfect integration within the system.
